Most of us have a habit or two we would like to improve - eat healthier, exercise more, or quit smoking - but we often underestimate the effort and commitment required to change for good. Using the science behind cognitive behavior therapy, we aimed to help people reach their lifestyle goals in small, manageable steps.
We created a wellness tool that empowers holistic, long-lasting behavior change, allowing people to be their happiest, healthiest selves. Combining our research with technology to provide personalized, meaningful feedback, we developed our ideas into an experience that makes habit change easily achievable (and long-lasting) for users.
